Wow, Skagit Valley's talented youth step out with style. Fidalgo Youth Symphony put on quite a show at last nights Masquerade Ball in the Crystal Ball Room in Bellingham. Hundreds of people marveled at the talented youth last night and it makes you wonder what's behind all this talent? It's very talented, hard working people, with hearts that won't quit for the arts.
